Sibley 400 Pro

 799

The Sibley 400 Pro is the smallest bell tent in the Pro series, yet it still offers ample space for 2-4 adults: with a diameter of 4 meters (13ft 1in) and 12.5 m² (134 ft²) of floor space. All tents in the Pro series are crafted from premium materials designed for long-term use and 4-season camping. Waterproof and breathable Pro Canvas (320 gr/m² or 9.44 oz/yd²) with added UV and mold resistance. The bathtub-style, rip-stop Pro grade floor (650 gr/m² or 19.17 oz/yd²) detaches completely for roll-up side walls. Even the poles, ropes, and stakes are reinforced.

Fully equipped with thoughtful features: mesh-backed windows, sewn-in mesh doors, carry bags, rope-safe tensioners, and more. For those seeking even more, check out the ProTech series, which includes all of the above and a mesh wall.

Description

The Sibley 400 Pro is the ideal choice for 2 glampers on a full mattress or up to 4 campers on sleeping pads, offering ample space with a diameter of 4 meters (13ft 1in) and 12.5 m² (134 ft²) of floor space.

Pro Integrated Mesh Door

The Sibley 400 Pro features a sewn-in no-see-um mesh door, along with the traditional canvas door. Equipped with loops on either side, the mesh door can be neatly tied back when not in use.

Roll Up Side Walls and Zipper Groundsheet: Pro Grade

The Pro groundsheet attaches to the tent via a zipper and is made from thick, thermally welded rip-stop PVC (540 gr/m² or 15.93 oz/yd²). It is completely water and vapor impenetrable, with a bathtub-style floor that rises 4 inches to keep you dry, even in standing water. The groundsheet can be unzipped to roll up the canvas walls for maximum ventilation or removed for easy transport, storage, cleaning, or to enjoy the natural ground below. A tailgate-style system with secure hooks and loops enables you to drop the bathtub wall near the door and peg it flat, facilitating easy cleaning. A small gap between the two zippers allows an electrical cord to pass into the tent without compromising protection from rain and bugs.

Pro Guy Lines and Tensioners

Setting up the tent for the first time is a breeze with pre-attached guy lines threaded through tensioners. Made from cord nylon rope, the 5mm-thick guy lines are UV-resistant and durable. Plastic tensioners prevent the edges from cutting into the guy lines, extending the life of your tent.

Pro Stakes and Pegs

Designed for use in high winds or on hard, rocky ground, Pro stakes are made from the same nickel-plated steel as the tent poles. These exclusive stakes are 24cm (9.5 inches) long, angled, and serrated to withstand pounding into tough surfaces. The T-shaped hook prevents guy lines from slipping off, even in high winds. Pro groundsheet pegs are 50% thicker than standard pegs, and feature a hook-shaped top to secure the floor in place.

Pro Spring Loaded Poles

The poles on the Pro series are strengthened compared to the standard versions in the Standard, Deluxe, and Ultimate series. The door poles are 23mm (.91 inch) in diameter, and the center pole is 32mm (1.25 inches), made of powder-coated steel with rubber feet. Internal spring-loaded wires guide the sections together for quick and easy setup. The center pole features a welded lanyard ring, which can be used to hang an inner tent or chandelier.

Pro Canvas

The Pro Canvas (320 gr/m² or 9.44 oz/yd²) is designed for durability and functionality. It has additional waterproofing, UV, and mold resistance. Ideal for 4-season camping, it offers a balance of breathability and waterproofing. Pro Canvas is repairable and can last for years with proper care. The double-stitched, flat-felled seams, gussets, and double-layer construction at stress points make it a robust and beautiful choice for long-term use.

Windows and Vents

The Sibley 400 comes with 4 windows and 3 vents, each covered in no-see-um mesh to keep insects out while allowing proper airflow. The half-moon windows have zip-up covers, so you can adjust ventilation and privacy. Loop fasteners hold the covers neatly in place when unzipped.

Stove Compatibility

All CanvasCamp tents are adaptable for use with a wood-burning stove. Proper stove placement is dependent on stove size, tent size, and other factors like the flu exit style and desired temperature. Modular stove jacks (sold separately) can be easily installed to ensure optimal stove placement and efficiency.

Please remember that Canvas bell tents are not designed for use with open fire pits. We advise practicing strict fire safety and checking local fire regulations before starting any fire.
