Banner Loops
Enhance the customization of your StarShade tent with the included banner loops at the top, allowing you to display up to 6 banners, each measuring a maximum of 2 meters wide by 1 meter high (78.5″ x 39″). This feature provides excellent promotional space, perfect for exhibitions and sponsored events. While we can print logos directly onto the tent fabric for larger orders, we recommend using removable banners for flexibility.
Starshades are built for long-term use, allowing you to swap out banners for different events. This also provides an opportunity to generate revenue by offering advertising space to sponsors. For evening events, the StarShade looks stunning when lit from within, offering a clean and elegant look without any logos or inscriptions. Starshades also retain great resale value when kept free of permanent branding like “Joe and Sue 2012.”
Custom banners are easy to install, and local screen printers or sign specialists can create them to your exact specifications. Once the event concludes, remove the banner for safekeeping and visibility at future events.
Six Archways
The StarShade features six graceful archways that form its iconic star shape. Each arch is positioned 6.5 meters (21ft 4in) apart, with the top of each archway reaching a height of 2.3 meters (7ft 5in). Only stilt walkers will need to duck as they enter. Each archway is equipped with zippers, enabling you to attach optional side walls or connect to another StarShade, creating an awning or a covered walkway between tents.
Side Panels and Connectors
Take your StarShade tent’s customization further with optional side panels and connectors. Side panels can be zipped in to offer additional protection from wind and rain and feature convenient zipper doors. You can mix and match panels in white or transparent, and they can be customized in any color and quantity to suit your event’s theme.
Connectors are perfect for linking multiple StarShades together to form large tent cities, or use them to create a stunning entrance or awning for your tent. Be mindful that adding side panels can increase wind resistance, so position them on the windward side and place entryways perpendicular to the prevailing wind. Never leave a StarShade with side panels unattended in high winds.
High-End Fabric
The StarShade tent is crafted from waterproof, UV-resistant Oxford Polyester 600DX300D (340 g/m²), known for its high tensile strength. This fabric ensures your event will go on without worry, offering reliable protection from sun, rain, and even snow. The StarShade Pro model features an additional PU coating for mold resistance, extending the lifespan of your tent and making it perfect for both casual gatherings and high-end events.
Telescopic Pole and Pegs
The StarShade relies on a durable telescoping center pole to support the canopy. To make setup easy, the center pole features a hand crank, allowing you to add tension as needed by simply turning the crank. This ensures that the tent maintains its shape even as the ground settles or the wind shifts. For added convenience, the crank handle can be removed to avoid obstruction during your event.
Stakes
The StarShade 1300 Pro comes with 6 heavy-duty tent pegs (50 cm or 20”). These large stakes provide excellent stability for the tent, though they can be tough to pull out when packing up. To help, we’ve included a peg puller, making teardown as effortless as setup.
