The Sibley 400 Ultimate is perfect for 2 glampers on a full mattress or up to 4 campers on sleeping pads. We’ve taken the classic bell tent design and added modern features that focus on ease of use, comfort, style, and versatility. The Ultimate is ideal for family camping, luxury camps, casual glamping, festivals, garden parties, car camping, backyard lounging, and 3-season use.
Roll-Up Side Walls and Zipper Groundsheet
The 400’s zippered groundsheet is made from durable, thermally welded PVC (540 gr/m² or 15.93 oz/yd²), ensuring complete water and vapor protection. The ‘bathtub style’ floor rises 4 inches to keep you dry even in standing water. With a heavy-duty size 10 zipper, the groundsheet attaches to the tent, and you can unzip it to roll up the canvas walls for maximum ventilation, or remove the floor entirely for transport, cleaning, or to enjoy the natural surface beneath your feet.
Pro Guy Lines and Tensioners
Setting up the tent is a breeze with pre-attached Pro guy lines threaded through durable tensioners. These upgraded nylon ropes are UV-resistant and make it easy to adjust tension. The plastic tensioners prevent damage to the guy lines, extending the life of your tent.
Pro Stakes and Pegs
Our Pro stakes are made from high-quality, nickel-plated steel and are specially designed for tough conditions. These 24cm (9.5 inches) angled, serrated stakes hold up to pounding into frozen or rocky ground. The T-shaped hooks prevent guy lines from slipping off, even in high winds.
Integrated Mesh Door
The Sibley 400 Ultimate features a sewn-in, no-see-um mesh door, along with the traditional canvas door. Loops on either side of the door allow you to tie back the mesh when not in use.
Classic Canvas
The Ultimate series uses our Classic Canvas (285 gr/m² or 8.44 oz/yd² polycotton), a durable, breathable fabric that provides excellent water resistance. It’s ideal for moderate climates and casual use, with double-stitched seams and reinforced stress points for long-lasting durability.
Windows and Vents
The 400 includes four windows and three vents, all covered with no-see-um mesh to keep bugs out while ensuring proper airflow. The half-moon windows have zip-up covers for customizable ventilation and privacy.
Stove Compatibility
The Sibley 400 is compatible with wood-burning stoves, allowing you to stay warm and cozy in colder conditions. Our modular stove jacks (sold separately) can be easily installed to fit your tent and stove. Proper placement is essential for optimal stove performance, and we offer advice to help you select the best setup for your needs.
